Description Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and components throughout the full software development lifecycle Contribute to system architecture, requirements analysis, and technical design activities Develop software in languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or C#, depending on project needs Collaborate with systems engineers, hardware engineers, and cross‑functional teams to integrate software into larger systems Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions Support deployment, integration, and sustainment activities in development and operational environments Adhere to software engineering best practices, security standards, and quality processes Skills medical device, C++, C#, Java Top Skills Details medical device,C++,C#,Java Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of professional software development experience (varies by level) Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms Experience with at least one modern programming language (C/C++, Java, Python, or similar) Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, technical environment Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $52.88/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
