**Pay:** $18-$20/hour
**Location:** Plymouth / Minnetonka, MN
**Job Overview**
This role involves assembling small medical devices in a **cleanroom environment** . You'll work with tiny parts using hand tools and microscopes while following detailed instructions to build life‑saving medical products.
**What You'll Do**
+ Assemble medical devices using small hand tools and instruments
+ Perform detailed work under a microscope with very small parts
+ Work in a cleanroom and follow gowning and cleanliness rules
+ Rotate between different assembly stations as needed
+ Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
+ Use rulers and calipers to verify measurements
+ Keep your workstation clean and organized
+ Lift and move materials up to 25 lbs
+ Work overtime when required
**What We're Looking For**
+ 6+ months of assembly or manufacturing experience
+ Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
+ Comfortable working under a microscope for long periods
+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
+ Good communication skills
+ Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
+ Willingness to learn and cross‑train
**Preferred Experience**
+ Medical device assembly experience
+ Cleanroom or microscope-based work
+ Catheter or small-component assembly experience
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
