SUMMARY
Concrete Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is looking for self-motivated and experienced concrete Saw Operators. Saw Operators work variable shift hours and are very particular when it comes to their trade, from being highly detail-oriented with measurements and cuts to taking pride in perfected and finished work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Measure, mark, chalk lines, and saw finished concrete.
- At times may core, profile, and drill concrete.
- Vacuum, pull burlap, and other laborer-type tasks on job site.
- Help assist crew members when needed.
- Use and operate all tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures by wearing appropriate safety equipment and use excellent safety practices while visiting job sites per company policies.
- Always maintain jobsite free from clutter and garbage.
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous saw operation experience, preferred.
- Must pass post conditional offer of employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
- Able to work variable hours/shifts to meet needs of projects.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to maintain a high level of work quality.
- Demonstrable teamwork abilities.
- Excellent time management skills. Work well under time constraints and respond positively to change.
