**Job Description:** As a part of the Select Health Marketing Operations department, the Digital Marketing Specialist role drives digital marketing activities focused on SEO and SEM strategies, website optimization, online reputation management and content development aimed at driving new member growth. Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and business units, this position assists in developing and implementing marketing best-practices that attract customers to Select Health's website and promotes products or services based on actionable insights. The following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or for new relocation requests from current caregivers: **_California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington_** **Essential Functions** + Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of related best-practices including keyword research, SEO copywriting, on-page optimization, content development and advanced testing methods that drive both organic and paid digital traffic. + Demonstrate functional knowledge of content management systems, digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, Moz, SEMrush) and onsite channel tactics (SEO, Pay Per Click, display advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, PR, content development). + Works cross functionally to engage Select Health leaders and other stakeholders to provide valuable insights that informs and influences other marketing activities and strategic directives. + Creates and implements a strategy around conversion rate optimization. + Develops and implements a long-term link-building strategy. + Works with the marketing website development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented and recommends changes to website architecture, content (e.g., titles, meta descriptions, web copy, landing pages), linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. **Skills** + Search Engine Optimization + Search Engine Marketing + Reputation Management + Content Management + Website Technologies + Digital Marketing + Project Management + Communication + Reporting and Analytics + Growth Marketing **Physical Requirements:** **Qualifications** + Demonstrated expertise working with search engines, social media platforms, online reputation management platforms and content management systems. + Demonstrated functional knowledge of growth marketing with a focus on digital acquisition channels. + Demonstrated experience implementing best-practices for keyword research, SEO copywriting, on-page optimization, content development and advanced testing methods. + Technical SEO experience in areas such as crawling/indexing, sitemaps, robots.txt, etc. + Experience drawing insight from a variety of data sources to inform marketing and consumer strategy and decision-making. + Demonstrated understanding of how different marketing channel strategies work together, including paid search, social media, email marketing, etc. + Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. **Physical Requirements** + Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs. + Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately. + Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy.
