A Day in the Life of a Home Inspector

As a Home Inspector at Fox Pest Control, your day begins with scheduling and conducting meticulous termite inspections for existing customers, identifying issues, and recommending solutions. With a focus on upselling our Sentricon services, your afternoons are dedicated to effectively communicating the benefits and surpassing monthly sales quotas through relationship-building with homeowners. The success metrics for your role encompass both technical proficiency in inspections and achieving exceptional sales outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of a proven track record in sales, preferably in a residential or commercial services or a pest control environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• A proven customer-oriented approach with the ability to build rapport and trust with homeowners.
• A valid driver's license
• Strong understanding of termite behavior, identification, and treatment methods strongly preferred (will train)
• High school or equivalent
