Our high-performing team is looking for a Restaurant Marketing Director.
The Restaurant Marketing Director’s primary responsibility is to plan and execute sales growth strategies that engage community partnerships, expand the influence of our restaurant brand, and make "memories from moments."
Once established, these relationships will increase customer count, check averages and outside sales. The RMD is the Chick-fil-A ambassador to the community. While they report to the Operators, it is expected that this relationship would be viewed as a partnership with a mutual vision of each other’s roles in the ultimate goal of operational excellence.
Restaurant Marketing Director is a full-time position and is ideal for a self-starting, creative leader.
Prior experience in marketing, community engagement, social media, sales, restaurant job are very helpful to the success at this job.

Role Responsibilities:
* Display merchandising materials in a well organized and
coordinated way (including POP displays, flowers, reader/community boards, etc.)
* Oversee Family Marketing Activities (Spirit Nights, Family Nights, Kid’s Nights, Fund Raising, etc.)
* Ensure 2nd Mile Service is being executed on a daily basis
* Plan and activate sampling promotions and suggestive selling contests
* Partner with Operator to formulate a yearly marketing plan
* Handle all donation requests received at the restaurant
* Be an ambassador for the brand, and build relationships with local community members
* Plan and execute food distributions (typically on a quarterly basis)
* Establish goodwill and build relationships within the community through cross promotions, remote sampling and DOC (Digital Offer Cards) distribution
* Implement school programs (Breakfast, Fund-Raising Programs, Third Party Sales)
* Event planning with schools, churches, businesses, etc.
* Ensure Chick-fil-A Cow mascot is present in the community on a regular basis
