Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators to join their team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations and contribute to efficient, safe, and organized workflows.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators
**Location:** Indianapolis, IN (Park 100)
**Pay Range:** $17 - $19.25
**Shift:**
Picker - Mon - Wed- 6:30am-3pm, Th -Fri 5:30am-2pm - $18.25
Forklift Operator - Mon - Fri 2pm-10:30pm - $19.25
Picker - Mon - Fri - 7am-3:30pm - $17
**What's the Job?**
+ Receive incoming products and ensure accurate documentation and placement
+ Operate equipment such as Reach Trucks and Order Pickers after training
+ Pick and pack orders efficiently using voice-guided technology
+ Put away materials and replenish stock to maintain inventory levels
+ Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
**What's Needed?**
+ Receiving or warehouse experience preferred
+ Forklift experience required for some roles; training provided for others
+ Good computer skills for inventory and product check-in
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
+ Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
