We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Substation Engineering Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence within our production section. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and technical abilities to ensure success in staff development, profitability, and quality control while supporting marketing initiatives. The Substation Engineering Manager will oversee administrative functions, engage with clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. Assist in managing operations of the production section, focusing on staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support
Function as an Assistant Project Manager, contributing to project production alongside management responsibilities
Handle administrative duties for section staff and technical services, ensuring smooth coordination with other sections
Participate in marketing planning, proposal development, and client interviews
Engage directly with industrial and public clients to address marketing, production, and related matters
Plan, organize, control, and evaluate projects using a proactive project management system
Implement and monitor company policies effectively
Assist in recruiting, training, developing, and managing technical personnel
Collaborate with National Directors and marketing teams on both local and national production efforts
Perform additional duties as required
The compensation for this role ranges from $65/hr to 72/hr depending on skillset, education, and years of experience. Benefits are also offered for this role.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
7 years of experience
Professional Engineer (PE) License
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments effectively
Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities null
