**Overview** **Job Summary Details:** ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a **Security Guard** in the **IAH airport and Beltway 8/1-45 corridor area** . The Security Guard is responsible for securing the premises, preventing access by unauthorized individuals, directing customers, responding to security alarms, and maintaining security logs and incident reports. **Pay: $15.00/hour** The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. **Location: Coverage includes both the George Bush Intercontinental Airport area and the Beltway 8/1-45 corridor** **Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM** **Off on Tuesday and Wednesday. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** + Must be at least 21 years of age + Must have a valid state issued driver's license + Must have a valid Texas non-commission security license + Prior experience in customer service or security **Preferred Qualification:** + Prior experience in customer service or security + One (1) year of customer service experience highly preferred **Responsibilities:** + Monitoring and securing assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access or activities. + Responding promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in accordance with company protocols. + Directing and assisting customers, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. + Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure safety and compliance with security procedures. + Writing detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate security logs. + Collaborating with law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary. + Enforcing site rules and regulations while maintaining a visible and professional presence. + Performing other duties as assigned by the site supervisor or security manager.
