Job Description

This high-energy, customer-facing position requires someone who is adaptable, empathetic, and energized by interacting with people. You'll be the face of one of the most exciting moments in our customers' journey-the delivery of their vehicle. **Responsibilities** + Engage directly with Client customers to create personalized and memorable vehicle delivery experiences + Facilitate the execution of registration documents during deliveries + Use curiosity and problem-solving skills to deliver customer-centric solutions + Collaborate closely with internal teams to uphold vehicle standards and process excellence + Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed by the leadership team **Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED required + 1+ years of customer service experience; electric vehicle (EV) industry experience is a plus + Must be at least 21 years of age + Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to navigate internal platforms **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
