What you will do
As an energetic individual, you will possess strong oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to relay information in a clear and effective manner. You will be adept in establishing strong working relationships with tenants, clients, co-workers and the general public. You will be computer literate, possess knowledge of Acts, laws and legislation as it pertains to residential property management and have experience in an office setting. The incumbent must be able to perform the necessary sales and leasing functions to achieve the occupancy goals set out by the company. A high school diploma and 1 year experience in a customer service, leasing, or receptionist role is required.

Work hours are Tuesday-Thursday 9 am - 6 pm, Friday 8 am - 5 pm and Saturday 10 am -4 pm
