Customer Service and Staff Manager

This role focuses on maintaining an exceptional level of customer service for all customers visiting us throughout the day. This requires coordination between the café, bakery, restaurant, and all staff serving customers. Focus on great service that is accomplished in a timely manner while delivering exceptional quality food and drink. You will ensure that the restaurant and café is scheduled to delight customers with a well-trained knowledgeable staff.  Search for our newest staff through interviews and guest interactions and work towards hiring a cohesive and productive team.

•    Keep building staffed for daily shifts, this includes providing coverage for shifts as well as contacting existing staff to ensure that we are staffed for the best guest experience possible.
•    Hire the best staff and train them to excel in their role. Constantly be on the search for our next superstar.
•    Ensure that each guest has a memorable and delightful experience. Work to resolve any issues or friction that may be caused with specific guests through direct personal interaction with the guest.
•         Work with staff in the restaurant and café to maintain an exceptional level of service and food/drink.  Identify issues with service and retrain staff to ensure guests are always satisfied.
•        Work with all staff to ensure that each staff member is putting the guests experience first.

1.      Servers should be focused on interacting with guests and maintaining their times for interacting with guests.

2.      Hosts must thrive within their role and complete their specific tasks for each guest

3.      Cooks must maintain ticket times and allow servers and hosts to stay focused on the guests experience.

4.      Baristas must make drinks consistently well and utilize down time in the café to keep it looking great.
