Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position within the stone, glass, and concrete manufacturing industry. In this role, you will provide vital support to the HR and safety departments, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities: - Assist in managing timekeeping processes and allocating employee hours, with training provided as necessary. - Update and maintain crew charts to reflect current team structures. - Support HR in organizing special events, open enrollment periods, and other company-wide initiatives. - Facilitate safety training sessions and ensure participants are properly set up. - Document and report minor first aid incidents in accordance with company protocols. - Assist with onboarding processes, including verifying background checks and employee records. - Provide support for employee relations matters and ensure compliance with HR policies. - Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information. - Help prepare and organize HR-related documents and reports. Requirements MUST have manufacturing experience. BIlingual is REQUIRED.
