Our client, a leading organization in construction and infrastructure projects, is seeking a **Construction Supervisor/Manager - Production** to join their team. As a Construction Supervisor/Manager - Production, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Construction Supervisor/Manager - Production
**Location:** Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
**Pay Range:** $65.62 - $70.69 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Supervise and coordinate activities of production and operating workers on construction projects
+ Implement strategies to improve production methods, efficiency, and product quality
+ Review operations and collaborate with technical and administrative teams to resolve issues
+ Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems
+ Prepare production reports and maintain personnel records
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
+ 5-7 years of experience in construction management or related field
+ Experience with tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel, and Procore
+ Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and construction methods
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
