In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while delivering high-quality service to our customers. Available Shifts: Sunday- Thursday, 6:00pm-4:30am Tuesday- Saturday, 7:00am-4:30pm ** Warehouse Supervisor - Lead a High-Performing Team in a Dynamic Environment** ** What You'll Be Doing:** + **Lead by Example:** Supervise, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and maintain a high-performance culture. + **Oversee Daily Operations:** Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory organization, and fulfillment processes with accuracy and attention to detail. + **Drive Results:** Create and manage production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure all work is completed on time and to company standards. + **Analyze & Report:** Track key metrics and generate reports for plant and leadership teams to support decision-making and continuous improvement. + **Inventory Oversight:** Monitor purchasing and product availability to maintain stock levels and reduce downtime. + **Ensure Safety:** Promote and uphold safety standards, investigate incidents when necessary, and enforce compliance with company procedures. ** Additional Responsibilities:** + Operate or oversee the use of warehouse machinery and material handling equipment. + Help resolve employee issues and maintain open, professional communication across all levels of the organization. + Take ownership of special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned. **✅ What You Bring to the Table:** + 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role. + Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). + Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive working environment. + Comfortable working in varying temperatures-from cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) to dry warehouse conditions (up to 100°F/37°C). + Physically capable of lifting at least 40 lbs./18 kg as required. + Flexible schedule availability, including weekends or overtime when needed. + Comfortable working in environments with variable noise levels.
