Description We are looking for an experienced IT Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our Internal Audit team in Saint Louis, Missouri. This Contract-to-Permanent position involves hands-on work in assessing and managing risks tied to a diverse portfolio of third-party vendors. The role requires a strong focus on compliance with cybersecurity standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements, while contributing to process improvements and audit execution. Responsibilities: - Evaluate and analyze risks associated with third-party vendors to ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and company policies. - Conduct internal audits to assess vendor compliance, identify gaps, and recommend effective risk mitigation measures. - Develop and implement tools and methodologies to quantify operational and cybersecurity risks. - Serve as an expert in enforcing organizational policies related to vendor relationships and cybersecurity practices. - Maintain detailed documentation of risk assessments, audit findings, and remediation actions, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management. - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline risk management workflows and enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with teams across IT, Procurement, Legal, and Compliance to ensure cohesive vendor risk management efforts. Requirements - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in vendor risk management, internal auditing, or a related field. - Preferred certifications include Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Risk Management Practitioner (CRMP), or Certified Third-Party Risk Practitioner (CTPRP). - Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001, along with risk assessment tools and audit methodologies. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting risk-related insights to stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop risk mitigation strategies.
