For additional details, please see the latest press release:** Henkel to divest Retailer Brands business in North America (https://www.henkel-northamerica.com/press/press-releases-and-kits/2025-02-07-henkel-to-divest-retailer-brands-business-in-north-america-2033578) The **Continuous Improvement Engineer** is responsible for continuous improvement activities for a production cell and will execute improvement projects and drive results. This person will also identify and drive improvements to plant standards, such as visual management, standard work instructions, technical work instructions, centerlines, set up machine parameter settings, and much more! **What you´ll do** + Collaborates cross-functionally to implement identified improvements. + Interfaces with plant leadership to report on production system roadmaps, performance data, and best operating practices. + Analyzes business processes and performs line studies to identify opportunities and drive improvements. + Identifies losses in efficiency for value streams and equipment and aids in implementing solutions to improve. + Collaborates to develop short- and long-term strategies to reduce waste. + Drives Kaizen, implementation of TPM, and other projects focused on improving plant efficiency, machine reliability, sustainability, and the reduction of waste. + Develops and leads processes to monitor the progress of projects to ensure achievement of targets. **What makes you a good fit** + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering required. + Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, high-speed required. + Minimum 3 years of experience applying Lean methodologies in a manufacturing environment required. + Must have a highly developed understanding of TPM methodologies and implementation. + Must have the ability to quantify improvements per KPI, lead RCA to solve production loss issues, lead change, and create process flows, value streams, and flow diagrams. + Must be proficient in the use of value stream maps, fishbone diagrams, 5S, SMED visual management, and other lean tools. **Some benefits of joining Henkel** + **Health Insurance: A** ffordable plans for medical, dental, vision, and well-being starting on Day 1 + **Work-Life Balance:** Paid time off including sick, vacation, holiday, and volunteer time, flexible & hybrid work policies (depending on the role), and vacation buy/sell program + **Financial:** 401(k) matching, employee share plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares, annual performance bonus, service awards, and student loan reimbursement + **Family Support:** 12-week gender neutral parental leave (up to 20 weeks for parents giving birth), fertility support, adoption & surrogacy reimbursement, discounted child and elderly care, scholarships, and Pet Insurance + **Career Growth:** Diverse national and international growth opportunities, access to thousands of skills development courses, and tuition reimbursement **There is a $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for this role. The salary range for this role is $76,100.00 - $140,000.00, depending on experience.** This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
