Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator supports the implementation of marketing and communications strategies across all channels. This position is responsible for assisting with the execution of marketing activities including brand management, events, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker and self-starter able to handle diverse projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.


Responsibilities:

Campaign Implementation

  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and resources
  • Track campaign performance and compile basic analytics reports
  • Provide recommendations for campaign optimizations based on results

Content Management

  • Create and edit content for websites, social media, emails, and print materials
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publication
  • Collaborate with designers to develop effective marketing collateral
  • Update marketing materials to align with current brand standards

Event Coordination

  • Manage logistics for trade shows, conferences, and company events
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders
  • Handle event registrations, material preparation, and on-site setup
  • Conduct post-event analysis and recommend improvements

Marketing Operations

  • Maintain organized marketing asset library and content management systems
  • Oversee inventory of marketing materials and manage reordering process
  • Process and track marketing expenses within allocated budgets
  • Assist with gathering market research and competitive intelligence

Team Collaboration

  • Serve as liaison between marketing and other departments
  • Build productive relationships with vendors and external partners
  • Provide regular updates on project status to marketing teaM

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 4 years of marketing experience OR
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 2 years of marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with website content management systems: WordPress.
  • Knowledge and awareness of Adobe Experience Manager; Pardot/Account Engagement; Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Forms, etc) and Asana
  • Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools
  • Experience with content management systems and social media platforms
  • Experience coordinating events or trade shows
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, creative thinking, consulting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving/decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
