**Production Worker** Our team is hiring Production Workers to join our team in Englewood, CO. Our facility manufactures high‑quality architectural aluminum systems and finishings used in both commercial and residential construction. **Location:** Englewood, CO **Pay:** $22.00/hour **Schedule:** + Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM + Occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays **At this location, we specialize in manufacturing and finishing architectural aluminum products, including:** + Wood‑grain sublimation + Decorative coatings + Powder‑coat-related finishing processes **These finished aluminum systems are used in exterior and interior construction applications across the U.S.** **Job Responsibilities:** + Work in an advanced powder coating and decorative finishes facility producing commercial siding and architectural components + Perform general preparation work on products using hand and power tools + Load and unload materials weighing 30-35 lbs + Follow directions closely and learn automated manufacturing processes specific to Parallel Products + Cross‑train across multiple areas of the shop including warehouse, quality, machine operation, powder coating, and finishing + Work collaboratively in a small team, small shop environment **Qualifications:** + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs consistently + Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment + Willingness to learn new processes and cross‑train + Strong work ethic and ability to follow safety and production guidelines + Previous manufacturing or powder coating experience is a plus, but not required **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
