Lead HVAC Installation Technician

Location: Niceville, FL | Full-Time | Career Growth Opportunity

Are you a highly skilled HVAC installer ready to take charge of projects, mentor apprentice installers, and earn great pay tied directly to your performance? Holt Phillips Services is growing fast - and we're seeking a Lead Installation Technician to help deliver premium system installations to our customers across the Niceville and Greater Florida Panhandle area.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead residential HVAC installation projects (retrofit and new install)
  • Supervise and mentor apprentice installation helpers on each job
  • Ensure all installations meet Holt Phillips' quality standards and code compliance
  • Coordinate with Installation Manager and Dispatch to ensure efficient job completion
  • Accurately complete job documentation and system commissioning reports
  • Maintain a professional, respectful customer experience on every project
  • Represent the Self Brothers brand with pride, precision, and leadership in the field

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (retrofit and/or new construction)
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate install teams in the field
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
  • Clean, professional appearance and excellent customer interaction skills
  • High attention to detail, craftsmanship, and system performance standards
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • NATE Certification preferred (or willingness to pursue)
