The types of equipment may include forklifts, aerial lifts, pallet trucks, and various construction equipment.


Current Opportunities May Include:

  • Shop Service Technician - Diagnose and repair equipment in our local service shop
  • Preventative Maintenance (PM) Field Technician - Perform routine maintenance at job sites
  • Field Service Technician - Troubleshoot and repair equipment in the field
  • Heavy Equipment Field Technician - Specialize in heavy machinery repairs
  • Field Dock & Door Technician - Install and repair commercial doors and loading dock equipment

What We're Looking For:

  • Mechanical experience or education (diesel, hydraulic, electrical, etc.)
  • Familiarity with equipment operation
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Must be 18+ for shop work, 21+ with a clean driving record for field roles
  • Ability to read or learn schematics
  • Forklift cert or willingness to train
  • Heavy Techs must pass the DOT Med Certification

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:

  • Field Technicians will be working in operating facilities and outdoors, traveling to customer locations.
  • Shop Technicians will be working in company operating facilities.
  • The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures. The normal auto hazards will apply.
  • This position will be frequently working on equipment with potential hazard. Appropriate safety equipment and practices are required.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Occasionally may be required to lift items weighing up to 100 pounds. Must be able to push/pull up to 100 pounds.
  • Position requires sitting, standing, walking, twisting, climbing and crawling.
  • Position requires bending, stooping, kneeling or squatting handling/fingering and outward reaching on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to wear safety glasses and safety shoes.
  • Must be medically capable of performing all aspects of the job with the maximum amount of safety.

This position is deemed a Safety Sensitive job for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act, and the Louisiana Therapeutic Marijuana Act.
