DESCRIPTION
To provide effective delivery of case management services, which ensure compliance with regulations, policies, procedures and standards set by the Agency and the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), meet the particular physical, social, emotional needs and permanency goals of children served, and in a manner that facilitates cross-team collaboration, cooperation and service integration across work unit, department and organizational boundaries.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in social services field from an accredited school. While working for our agency you will obtain certification in the DCFS, Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP), Child Welfare Direct Service licensure, DCFS certification in Foster Family Home Licensing Standards and the Child Care Act examination.
