As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Medical Revenue Cycle Director to join our leadership team and oversee all revenue cycle operations to support sustainable growth and financial health.

Position Summary:

The Medical Revenue Cycle Director will be responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the practice's complete revenue cycle, including patient registration, insurance verification, billing, coding, collections, denials management, and compliance. This leadership role is critical to ensuring optimal reimbursement, efficient workflows, and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all revenue cycle operations across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize billing, collections, and cash flow.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific billing regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to improve processes and documentation.
• Oversee training and development of revenue cycle team members.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with billing software vendors and third-party payers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical revenue cycle management, preferably in a specialty or multi-site outpatient setting.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Deep understanding of GI coding, payer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
