Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Afternoon ABA Therapy in Arlington, VA

Location: Arlington, VA (In-home)
Schedule: Part-Time | Afternoon & Early Evening Shifts
Pay: $24-$30/hour

Flywheel Centers is looking for caring and reliable individuals to work as Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs), providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in their homes throughout Arlington.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, is looking for consistent afternoon hours, and wants to grow in the behavioral health field.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in a child's home during afternoon/evening hours

• Follow treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Support the child's progress in communication, social skills, and independence

• Track session notes and progress in a clear, professional manner

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Must be 18+ years old

• Reliable transportation

• Childcare experience (required)

• ABA experience or RBT certification (preferred but not required)

• A calm, patient, and motivated attitude
