Skills and Requirements 2+ years experience implementing and managing Pendo Proven experience cleaning up and optimizing existing Pendo implementations Strong understanding of in-app guide best practices and analytics Experience with guide segmentation and targeting strategies Technical background with understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Pendo certification or equivalent product analytics certification Experience working with enterprise SaaS products Background in product analytics or digital adoption platforms Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles Experience training teams on tool adoption
