**What You'll Do** We're looking for an Assistant Financial Director to join our General Account Investments team! In this role, you'll be responsible for leading strategic collateral management activities of the General Account portfolio. This team performs a variety of work including Portfolio Construction, Asset Liability Management and other portfolio activities. This will give candidates opportunities for exposure to a variety of projects and development of broad investment and financial knowledge. There will be opportunities to acquire expertise in various international products and markets through diverse initiatives. This role will offer you an impactful opportunity to be part of the General Account strategy and shape the future of our General Account team, while cultivating the tailored approach to work and life you need to thrive. + Provide leadership for collateral activities and projects. Direct workflow to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial information and reports. This may include selecting, training, motivating, and developing a knowledgeable and productive staff. + Lead large projects involving the coordination of several areas. Must be able to manage and prioritize several small projects at the same time. + Perform financial analysis, projections and research; identify best practice collateral strategies and opportunities for optimization for use by management and other operating areas in decision making. Make recommendations as appropriate. + Initiate opportunities to provide technical and business expertise to business units. + Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. **Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)** $123000 - $167000 / year **Time Off Program** Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
