Our client, **Data Center Construction / Infrastructure (Technology sector)** is seeking a **Construction Supervisor/Manager - Production** to join their team. As a Construction Supervisor/Manager - Production, you will be part of the **Construction Operations** supporting **Production and Site Execution teams** . The ideal candidate will have **attention to detail** , **problem-solving skills** , and **the ability to work independently** which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Construction Supervisor/Manager - Production
**Location:** Phoenix / Goodyear, AZ
**Pay Range:** $86.02 - $92.64 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Supervise and coordinate activities of production and operating workers onsite
+ Review operations and collaborate with technical/administrative teams to resolve production issues
+ Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems
+ Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality output and efficiency
+ Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records
**What's Needed?**
+ 10+ years of construction management or supervisory experience
+ Experience working on active construction sites (required)
+ Prior experience in a Construction Manager (CM) role
+ High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
+ Data center construction experience strongly preferred
