Description We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients while managing complex projects across various departments. Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, challenges, and industry landscape. - Monitor and address potential issues proactively, ensuring supervisors are informed in advance. - Coordinate workflows across departments to meet project objectives and deadlines. - Lead daily project management activities, including setting deadlines, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. - Prepare and deliver presentations, content, and reports to clients and stakeholders. - Analyze client assignments to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights. - Create detailed planning documents, briefs, status updates, and authorizations to support project execution. - Manage financial aspects of projects, including estimates, budgets, reconciliations, and monthly reporting. - Ensure adherence to established agency processes while adapting to evolving timelines and priorities. Requirements - A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the advertising industry, preferably within an agency setting. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. - Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving capabilities. - High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments. - Strong communication skills, including writing, presenting, and negotiating effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with agency-specific tools. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within a team. - A proactive approach to managing tasks and ensuring objectives are met efficiently.
