Experienced HVAC Technician - work only 4 days a week! 3 and 4 day weekends!

As an HVAC Service Technician for Conway Comfort, you'll provide maintenance and repairs to a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems.

A 4-day work week is a reality with us. Our technicians alternate either Monday thru Thursday or Tuesday thru Saturday; 10 hours each day, with a 4 DAY WEEKEND possible! Enjoy a better work/life balance and enjoy more free time!

Pay: Up to $45.00/hr, depending on experience, plus spiffs and bonus potential

What You'll Do:

• Develop strong working relationships with team
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC units
• Provide feedback to Service Manager on any training, inventory, or pricing issues
• Mentor junior Service Techs

What You'll Bring:

• Three or more years' experience as an HVAC Service Tech
• Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• EPA Certification
• Ability to ascertain the root cause of a problem and find workable solutions
• Bonus points for any NATE certifications you bring with you
