Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Trust & Safety Content Moderation Contractor to support a leading fitness technology platform company and their Trust & Safety Operations team. The Trust and Safety Contractors (Content Moderation) are part of the Trust and Safety Ops Team, which sits within the Product Management organization. This role supports the day-to-day execution of content moderation by reviewing user-generated content and enforcing policies. You will work alongside the Trust and Safety leadership team and follow established workflows to help keep the global community safe and authentic. DAY-TO-DAY: Review and moderate user‑generated content in line with Community Standards and internal policies Process moderation queues while meeting quality and throughput expectations Apply enforcement actions (warnings, content removals, account restrictions) consistently Escalate edge cases, ambiguous content, or crisis situations to appropriate partners Document decisions clearly and accurately within internal tools Identify patterns or emerging trends and surface insights to Trust & Safety leadership Flag platform issues or bugs encountered during reviews We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 2+ years of experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Online Safety operations Comfortable reviewing graphic, objectionable, or sensitive user‑generated content Strong attention to detail and ability to apply policies accurately and consistently at volume Ability to follow established workflows, decision trees, and internal guidelines Sound judgment in ambiguous cases and ability to escalate appropriately Clear, concise written communication for documentation and case notes Able to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality targets High level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling investigations Fluency in an additional language Experience working with Community Standards or Acceptable Use Policies Prior experience surfacing trends or insights from moderation queues Experience collaborating with Product, Legal, or Policy teams
