What You'll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (painting, drywall, carpentry, basic electrical)
• Maintain and troubleshoot security systems (cameras, keycard access, alarms)
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems
• Support technical equipment like RF scanners and basic network tools
• Work as part of a reliable, safety-focused maintenance team

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of general maintenance experience (or equivalent training)
• Knowledge of low-voltage electrical, security systems, and facility maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license (to operate company vehicles if needed)
• Friendly, dependable team player
