**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Partner with managers to support employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning - working with and close to the hourly CBA union employees
+ Facilitate onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives
+ Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures
+ Support HR programs including benefits, compensation, and engagement activities; previous or current union (CBA) experience preferred
+ Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
+ Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
+ Proficiency in HR systems and databases; Workday preferred. Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
+ Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
+ Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace culture - some travel between locations (NJ, Camden/Sparta and Hamburg PA)
**Work Environment**
This role operates in a professional office environment with occasional visits to operational sites. It requires both independent work and collaboration across departments. Flexibility and adaptability are key to success in this role.
