What You'll Do... In this role, you'll wear a lot of hats - and that's the fun of it! As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll support day-to-day campaign efforts by using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, and even some AI to create, track, and optimize marketing content. You'll help manage emails, social media, SEO updates, and digital assets while keeping an eye on performance metrics and customer engagement. You'll also assist with reports, marketing materials, and occasionally represent American Pest at local events. It's a great opportunity to build experience across digital and traditional marketing while working with a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Who You Are... What does it take to be a successful Marketing Coordinator at American Pest? For starters, you'll have a Bachelor's degree, with preference towards Marketing, Business, or Communications. You'll also have...

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or marketing analytics roles - this experience can include capstone projects, internships, and school organizations!
• Demonstrated experience using data analytics tools (Excel, Google Analytics), basic design tools (Canva, InDesign, Illustrator), HTML and WordPress SaaS
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Drip, SEMRush, Yoast, WordPress, Zapier, etc. (preferred)
• Knowledge of statistical modeling or predictive analytics and strong Excel macro experience including pivot tables, charts, and data summaries/sharing (preferred)
• A history of working hands-on, directly supporting both customers and internal teams (preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, KPIs, and metrics of success
• The ability to synthesize and interpret complex data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A tendency to be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities according to urgency and importance
• The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
