Our healthcare client is seeking a Community Engagement & Marketing Specialist to support outreach, partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives that promote hearing health awareness and clinic services. This role will focus on building community relationships, coordinating events and educational programs, managing social media and marketing content, and helping expand the clinic's visibility through targeted campaigns and public engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Outreach - 90%
+ Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and community groups to promote hearing health awareness
+ Coordinate outreach initiatives, educational presentations, and community events
+ Develop partnerships with industries and groups at higher risk for noise exposure
+ Support public education efforts around hearing protection, hearing loss prevention, and tinnitus awareness
+ Identify opportunities to increase clinic visibility and community engagement
Marketing & Social Media Support - 10%
+ Manage social media content and support digital marketing initiatives
+ Create educational and promotional materials aligned with clinic branding
+ Assist with marketing campaigns, email communications, and website updates
+ Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across platforms

Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, public health, or related field preferred
+ Previous experience in marketing, community outreach, or similar role is highly desirable
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
+ Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
+ Comfortable with local travel for outreach activities
+ Experience working in healthcare settings ideal
+ Familiarity with public health education or community programs
+ Basic graphic design or content creation skills (e.g., Canva)
+ Understanding of HIPAA-compliant communication practices
