What we need from you...
- Proposal Support: Assist with the preparation of proposals, including compiling qualifications, drafting content, and formatting documents to meet RFP requirements.
- Website Maintenance: Handle website updates, ensuring content accuracy and consistency with brand messaging.
- CRM / Project Management: Oversee project submissions, award nominations, and manage our marketing database.
- Presentations & Content Creation: Craft compelling presentations using PowerPoint to showcase our expertise and capabilities to potential clients during interviews
- Content Marketing: Write clear and concise copy for various marketing materials, including website content, press releases, brochures, and project case studies.
- Visual Communication: Design and produce a variety of graphics for marketing collateral, such as advertisements, brochures, handouts, booklets, signage, invitations, and event backdrops, utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Graphic Design: Assist with creating organic graphics for banners, invites, and other internal / external marketing materials.
- Event Planning – Support team with planning and executing company and client events.
- Stay Current: Proactively research industry trends and best practices in the AEC market.
This role might be for you if you have...
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably within the AEC industry.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Understanding of content management systems (CMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work independently on projects.
