**Job Title: Field Service Technician** **Job Description** As a Field Service Technician, you will provide critical, around-the-clock technical support through a 24/7 on-call rotation, including after-hours and holiday rotations. You will manage your own schedule to ensure timely completion of customer repairs and factory tasks while acting as a professional brand ambassador. **Responsibilities** + Manage on-site installation, repair, and test tasks. + Troubleshoot issues over the phone to determine if an in-field visit is required. + Use tools to make repairs at customer facilities or in the factory. + Produce timely and detailed service reports. + Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand and meet their needs. + Coordinate the sending of replacement parts to customers. + Communicate known component issues to supply chain and quality/engineering teams and coordinate solutions. + Provide in-field training and service work as required. + Travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional international trips. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. + Field service experience of at least 1 year. + Preventive maintenance and repair skills. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience in construction and assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with flatwork or operating a laser-guided screed. + Experience in rental or civil construction industries is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Join a rapidly growing company that offers a relaxed work environment and competitive benefits. You'll spend time at a desk managing parts logistics and customer troubleshooting, as well as on the shop floor or job sites in various weather conditions. The shop is clean, climate-controlled with large fans, heated floors, and a nice break room. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt. Facility is moving to a larger location in Beloit, offering more space and advanced amenities. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Beloit, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
