**Overview**
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven **Remote Telesales Supervisor** to lead a fast-paced, high-energy sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving daily team performance, ensuring individual and team goals are met or exceeded. Success requires more than just managing metrics- **you must understand the sales process in depth** and be able to coach to specific behaviors that impact sales outcomes. **Responsibilities**
+ Accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly activities of all team members
+ Set priorities to ensure task completion and performance goals (quality, adherence, service levels, AHT) are met
+ Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
+ Monitor performance and deliver real-time coaching and feedback
+ Assist with escalated calls and issue resolution as needed
+ Monitor team chat to provide support and align on project priorities
+ Partner with Workforce Management to build and manage team schedules
+ Supervise both local and remote team members
+ Review and evaluate team calls regularly to ensure quality and compliance
**Qualifications**
+ Active resident Health Producer License
+ Minimum of one-year recent experience as a call center supervisor (healthcare or telesales preferred)
+ Proven ability to coach and manage employee performance using call center KPIs
+ Strong technical skills, including Windows-based systems and call center software
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
