Waukesha State Bank is looking for a Payroll Services Advisor to join our growing Payroll Complete team! In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated group of payroll clients, delivering exceptional service and first-level support for inquiries and payroll processing needs. Responsibilities include entering payroll data, handling adjustments like garnishments and tax levies, educating clients on ancillary services, and assisting with end-of-day processing tasks such as ACH approvals and tax payments. You'll also play a role in identifying process improvements and ensuring accurate billing and reporting.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of payroll processing and tax experience or a related educational background in accounting or payroll. We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering top-tier client service are key to success in this role.
