**Production Worker/Concret Finisher- Concrete Manufacturing** **City:** Brighton Colorado We're hiring a **Production Worker** to support concrete manufacturing operations. This is a hands‑on, physical role with long‑term potential. **What You'll Do** + Set, fill, strip, and finish concrete forms + Assist with pouring beds and general production tasks + Use hand tools and read a tape measure + Perform daily cleanup to keep the work area safe **Qualifications** + 1+ year experience in **concrete finishing** or **sheetrock finishing/drywall finishing** + **Comfortable using hand tools (power tools a plus)** + **Able to work in dusty/dirty conditions and all weather** + **Flexible start times (early mornings) and overtime as needed** **Schedule & Pay** + Day shift (4x10s), flexible start times + Overtime available, including Saturdays + **$23/hr** , contract‑to‑hire Great opportunity for consistent work, training, and strong benefits once hired on permanently. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
