Description Temp‑to‑Hire Call Center Specialist Location: 100% Onsite - Oklahoma City, OK Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (STRICT - No exceptions) Pay Rate: $16/hour Employment Type: Temp‑to‑Hire Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Call Center Specialist to join a high‑volume operations support team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for field employees, supporting onboarding, scheduling, training coordination, and issue resolution. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity for candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, communication skills, and a commitment to learning. Important: This role requires full availability and perfect attendance during the first 30 days of training. Zero absences are permitted during training.
