Description Temp‑to‑Hire Call Center Specialist Location: 100% Onsite - Oklahoma City, OK Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (STRICT - No exceptions) Pay Rate: $16/hour Employment Type: Temp‑to‑Hire Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Call Center Specialist to join a high‑volume operations support team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for field employees, supporting onboarding, scheduling, training coordination, and issue resolution. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity for candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, communication skills, and a commitment to learning. Important: This role requires full availability and perfect attendance during the first 30 days of training. Zero absences are permitted during training. Key Responsibilities + Contact newly onboarded employees within 48 hours and follow up through completion of required paperwork + Confirm acceptance of terms, availability, and readiness to work + Schedule and track completion of virtual and in‑person training sessions + Answer inbound calls and assist with scheduling issues, questions, or concerns + Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in internal systems + Conduct regular check‑ins with field staff (minimum every 30 days) + Assist with assignment coverage, unfilled roles, and scheduling changes + Review dashboards, reports, and compliance items as assigned + Coach and counsel employees as needed and escalate issues when appropriate + Perform additional duties to support business and operational needs -Schedule & Training Commitment (Non‑Negotiable) + Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM + 100% onsite in Oklahoma City + Must fully commit to the first 30 days of training with ZERO absences + This includes no late arrivals, early departures, or scheduled time off during training Requirements Required Qualifications + High School Diploma or equivalent + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks while on the phone and working in computer systems + Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word + Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, call‑center environment + Flexible and adaptable to change Work Environment + Office‑based call center setting + Moderate noise level + Prolonged sitting with frequent computer and phone use Why This Role? + Clear path to permanent employment + Stable, consistent schedule + Hands‑on training and team support + Great fit for candidates with call center, customer service, or operations support experience TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
