**Job Title: Manufacturing Operator** **Shift: Rotating Dupont Schedule/ 6:00 am - 6:00 pm and then off then 6:00 pm - 6:00 am** **Payrate: $19.50 an hour//Paid Weekly!!** **Pay raises available as well!** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist operators in the production process, ensuring that all materials meet specified standards. Additionally, the role involves using a sit-down forklift to stage materials approximately 10% of the time. **Responsibilities** + Assist operators in the production of materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. + Monitor production processes to ensure materials meet specifications. + Perform quality checks and document results. + Use a sit-down forklift to stage materials as needed (approximately 10% of the time). + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow all safety protocols and procedures. + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. + Report any issues or discrepancies to operators or management. **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing/Production experience. + Ability to learn and adapt quickly after training. + Good attendance and ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts. + Experience with sit-down forklift operation. + Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. + Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. + Ability to follow SOPs and adhere to safety guidelines. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. + Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate machinery. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a growth opportunity within the facility, with the goal of hiring good performers directly and providing cross-training in various areas.
