As a Reservationist, you'll play a key role in making every guest's stay smooth from the moment they book to the moment they check out. Whether it's over the phone, behind the front desk, or greeting folks with a smile, you'll help create magical vacation experiences every step of the way.
📋 Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between with professionalism and positivity.
😊 Greet and assist guests with warmth and efficiency-you're often the first and last impression!
💻 Use our reservation and front desk systems to make and modify bookings.
📣 Clearly communicate policies, safety info, and resort offerings to guests.
🧠 Help train new team members and offer feedback on how to improve guest service processes.
🤝 Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to keep operations flowing smoothly.
🛠️ Help resolve guest concerns with patience, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset.
A friendly, confident communicator who loves making people feel welcome.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational and multitasking skills.
A cool, calm, and collected attitude-even when things get busy.
Tech-savvy-comfortable using PC programs, spreadsheets, and reservation software.
Discreet and trustworthy-you'll handle sensitive guest info and need to keep it secure.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous front desk, lodging, or customer service experience is a big plus!
Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
