The NetSuite AI Group (ns-ai) is seeking for a senior leader in Product Management to lead the product management team. The Product Director is responsible for overseeing the development and success of AI/ML product and product features. This individual will lead the ProdM team to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and ensure the delivery of high-quality AI solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
**Objectives of this role**
+ To lead product development and management for ns-ai, focusing on Machine Learning and AI.
**Responsibilities**
+ Define and Execute Product Strategy
+ Lead the ProdM team to Develop and communicate a clear AI product vision and strategy for NetSuite.
+ Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product direction.
+ Lead product development of an ns-ai API and services to support the internal product engineering team in putting AI features into their products.
+ Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the NetSuite product portfolio.

+ Continuously engage with customers to understand their pain points, needs, and expectations.
+ Translate customer insights into actionable product improvements, features, and user experiences.
+ Conduct user acceptance testing and gather user feedback during product development.
+ Lead the team to collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to create and manage the product roadmap.
+ Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
+ Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
+ Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and other teams to ensure timely and successful product development.
+ Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
+ Provide leadership and guidance to the ProdM team as well as the cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
**Required skills and qualifications**
+ Proven experience of 8+ years as a Product Manager in the business software domain.
+ Strong understanding of ERP systems, modules, and business processes.
+ Strong understanding of Machine Learning and AI domain and commercial products.
+ Good understanding of Generative AI, LLM, fine tuning, and prompt engineering.
+ Global leadership skills to form diverse business and engineering teams.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
+ Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
+ Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP solutions.
**Preferred skills and qualifications**
+ Proven leadership in forming and leading ProdM teams.
+ Demonstrable experience of leading customer-facing product development in a large enterprise.
+ Good experience in product marketing and designing go-to-market strategies.
+ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering and business administration, or related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

**Responsibilities**
As a Senior Director in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $133,700 to $292,100 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $155,600 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
