Our Core Values & Culture

At Computer Corner, we're tech-loving troubleshooters who believe in Customer Service First, then Technical Expertise-because a friendly, helpful attitude matters as much as skills. We value excellence, responsiveness, and honesty in every interaction, and we celebrate wins big and small. If you love learning, helping others, and improving your craft, you'll fit right in.

Hey, You! Yes, You!

Do you enjoy working with your hands, seeing a project through from unboxing to a fully functional workstation, and meeting the people who will use the systems you deploy? Are you eager to learn from pros, earn certifications, and grow your skills through a structured apprenticeship?

This isn't your typical help desk job. As our Hardware Apprentice, you'll be hands-on; configuring, installing, and repairing systems in-house and deploying them on-site. You'll complete a fully paid Tech Support Specialist Apprenticeship through CNM Ingenuity, combining on-the-job training with coursework in hardware, software, networking, and security. You'll earn CompTIA A+ and Network+ while working alongside experienced techs.

  • Document all repair steps, parts used, and resolution details per established guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, stocked workbench.

Success Metrics:

  • 85% of repairs completed within 7 days of accepted diagnosis.
  • Less than 5% return trips due to incomplete or incorrect setup.

Tier 1 End User Support (10%)

  • Handle basic troubleshooting for software, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Complete routine tasks such as password resets, onboarding and offboarding users, and helping users connect to their VPN.
  • Monitor and respond to alerts from our antivirus/security tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or higher with documentation.

Success Metrics:

  • 100% of tickets are acknowledged on the same business day.
  • Maintain a 95% QA score based on monthly ticket audit.
