We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and grow existing accounts in Phoenix and the surrounding Arizona markets. As part of our expanding team, you'll be the face of our organization to clients in a highly visible, growth-oriented role.

**Your role**
Your key goal is to help customers master all the complex details of packaging. You'll uncover customer needs where you can create custom, value-added packaging solutions. Your sales will build as you discover customer needs, determine the right products, bring in our experts when needed, collaborate with our design team, and then engage with customers on final product changes. Overnight travel will be expected. #LI-Remote
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Proactively identify and develop new B2B opportunities in the Phoenix metro and surrounding areas
+ Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, building long-term customer relationships
+ Conduct in-person and virtual customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
+ Collaborate with inside sales and support teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions
+ Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
+ Maintain CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates
**Your background and experience**
+ Minimum 2-5 years of outside sales experience (packaging or industrial sales a plus)
+ Must be in the Phoenix area and able to attend bi-monthly in-person customer meetings
+ Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of acquiring and closing new business
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and team-oriented
+ Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
