**Material Handler / Warehouse Associate - Washington, MO** **Manpower is hiring!** We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented **Material Handler / Warehouse Associate** to join a busy warehouse team in Washington, MO. This is a hands-on role supporting daily warehouse operations and keeping production supplied with the materials needed to succeed. **What's in it for you?** + **Pay:** $18.00/hour + **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM + Weekly pay with consistent hours + Permanent opportunity with a great benefit package + Referral bonuses available **What You'll Do:** + Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy and quality + Pull, store, and deliver materials to production areas + Track inventory usage and assist with cycle counts + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks + Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues + Assist in special projects and urgent production needs **What We're Looking For:** + Previous warehouse, stock, or receiving experience preferred + Forklift experience or willingness to become certified + Valid driver's license required + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. with assistance + Comfortable standing, walking, and working in warehouse conditions + Basic math and inventory skills + Strong communication and teamwork mindset + Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail **Why Work with Manpower?** Manpower connects hardworking people with great local opportunities.
