**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to ensure the efficient operation of our production line. The ideal candidate will safely run machines, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain quality and production standards. This role requires attention to detail in reading factory work orders, print cards, and design specifications to meet customer requirements. **Responsibilities** + Safely operate machines and adhere to all safety rules and practices at all times. + Count and stack finished products efficiently. + Learn and understand customer requirements and specifications by reading factory work orders, print cards, and design specifications. + Utilize basic shop math for accurate production calculations. + Accurately read and interpret tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment. + Coordinate activities with other crew members to efficiently set up and run orders. + Maintain and uphold quality and production standards as required by the company. + Monitor the quality and quantity of production continually. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during assigned shifts. + Perform quality inspections and tests, recording findings accurately. + Perform other duties as assigned by supervision. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, general production, and packaging. + Ability to perform inspections and accurately read measurements. + Proficiency in basic shop math. + Ability to follow safety rules and practices at all times. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers a collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.
