JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for overseeing programs and operations of the City of Conroe Aquatic Center, Conroe Waterpark, and the Oscar Johnson Jr. Community Center pool. The role involves managing aquatic operations, programming, maintaining records and engaging with the community via full-time and part-time support staff. Supervisory and administrative skills, a range of certifications and excellent customer service are required for this position.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is medium and requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Additionally, the following physical abilities are required: balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, feeling, fingering, grasping, handling, hearing, kneeling, lifting, mental acuity, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motions, speaking, standing, stooping, talking, visual acuity and walking.
