In this role, you'll support aerospace manufacturing by producing high-quality machine parts using CNC and manual equipment. Your responsibilities will include: + Setting up and operating **CNC and manual machines** including lathes, mills, and grinders + **Programming machines using Mastercam** and interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and work orders + Measuring and selecting the right tools and materials for each job + Inspecting completed parts to ensure they meet exacting specifications + Documenting measurements, adjustments, and quality checks + Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and organization of your work area + Working with metal tubes, rods, and hand tools to machine parts per customer requirements **What You Bring** **Required Qualifications:** + Experience operating **CNC and/or Lathe machines** + Proficiency in reading **blueprints, calipers, and tape measures** + Strong attention to detail and basic math skills + Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (steel toe boots, safety glasses) + Computer literacy and familiarity with digital systems + Ability to interpret engineering plans and geometric dimensions (GD&T) + **Mastercam programming experience (Required)** **Preferred Qualifications:** + At least **1 year of CNC/Lathe machining experience** + Prior work in aerospace or high-tolerance manufacturing environments + Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and quality documentation **Why Join Us?** At PDS Tech Commercial, we connect top technical talent with cutting-edge industries.
