As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. You must have experience in developing client relationships as a trusted advisor with key accounts. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs. Collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients. Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales, and account activity.

You must have proven experience in sales and account management along with strong leadership skills, to effectively guide and motivate a team toward achieving our goals. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as good negotiation skills, to navigate challenging sales scenarios successfully. You will need to be familiar with technology and proficient in technical sales. You must have the ability to generate new leads and foster good relationships with clients and the internal team. The work schedule consists of an 8-hour shift, allowing for structured and focused work.
